Responsibilities:
- Checking hotel invoices in ACC with further assistance via Mail or in Midoco
- You look after our business customers in German and English and are a competent contact person responsible for complex travel inquiries and travel changes via chat, mail & phone
- Travel management (check-ins & handling payment in advance in hotels before arrival and handling invoices after departure) & customer support via our system (Voya chat).
- You are responsible for the continuous development of our systems and actively work on optimizing operational workflows
- Develop yourself into an expert on travel trends, booking practices, and external factors that could affect our product and company
- Work closely with the Team in Germany to ensure smooth operations at Voya Travel and within the company
- Comply with company regulations. Comply with the company’s decisions on mobilization and work assignments.

- High level of service and above-average customer orientation
- Very good communication skills and speak fluent German & English
