We are currently seeking a talented MICE Executive to join our team – Terraverde Mice. As a MICE Executive, you will be responsible for handling event inquiries, converting them into bookings, and coordinating the planning process with various hotel departments. You will ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with industry standards and current legislation.
Responsibilities:
- Field event inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by showcasing our services.
- Collaborate with hotel departments, and tourist suppliers to plan and coordinate events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours as required.
