Through the Muong Hoa Valley, trek to admire the beautiful orderliness of the fields created by skilled, diligent ethnic farmers. There is an opportunity to see different traditions and customs of the Zay ethnic group at Ta Van Village and the Red Dzao at Giang Ta Chai Village.

Around 9am, meet our representative at your accommodation and start trekking to Cat Cat village which is the home of the ethnic Black H’Mong. Explore a beautiful waterfall and the nearby remains of a hydroelectric power station constructed by the French during the colonial era then have lunch at Lao Chai. Follow a dirt trail that winds through the mountains and enjoy the spectacular scenery of terraced fields, vegetable patches as you arrive at Ta Van village. Meet with the local family and help them to prepare the dinner with some traditional dishes.
After breakfast, bid farewell to our local host and start trekking to Su Pan then connect to Ban Den village. Rest for a while at the waterfall on the way and continue your journey by passing through a bamboo forest. A picnic lunch will be provided or lunch at the local home will be arranged. Afterward, walk a bit before hopping on our vehicle and driving back to Sapa center.
