Responsibilities
- Understand the characters of B2B partners that he/ she is in charge and keep the bookings following guidelines set by B2B partners.
- Handle specific requests from B2B partners and FIT clients: receiving requests, organizing tour programs, quotation and coordinating directly with Tour Operators.
- Follow-up cut-off date, booking status with B2B partners and FIT.
- Follow up on clients’ inquiries via email, phone and
- Involved and responsible for sending/ checking/ following up confirmation and invoice of accounts being in charge.
- Supervise the operation process to ensure the booking is executed correctly and runs smoothly
- Make decisions while the tour gets troubled and clients are on tour or for additional expenses.
- Involve in the booking execution in other destinations besides
- Maintain customer care for B2B partners and FIT

Qualifications
- Minimum of an Undergraduate degree in Tourism/Hospitality, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent in speaking and writing.
- Flexible, mature, and showing “can- do”.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
